When you use the contact form, you give us your name, email address and message, and optionally your company, phone number, project type and budget. We also receive whatever you include when you email us directly. When you visit the site, we and our hosting provider automatically receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you view.

• To reply to inquiries, prepare quotes and deliver photography work
• To run, secure and improve the website
• To understand whether our advertising leads to visits and inquiries

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with services that help us run the business: our website host, Pixpa, which also stores contact form submissions; Google, for advertising measurement and web fonts; and our email provider. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

4. Cookies and Advertising

The site uses cookies that it needs to work, plus the Google Ads tag. That tag lets Google measure our ads and may show our ads to people who have visited this site. We may also use analytics tools such as Google Analytics. You can turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com and block cookies in your browser settings. This site does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

5. Your Rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@bernhardvisuals.com. We keep inquiry and client records only as long as needed for the work and for tax purposes.
